Return Process
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Returns may be accepted in the following cases:
- The product is non-defective, or
- The wrong item was delivered
We may also review requests for non-defective returns on a case-by-case basis.
Exchanges are only permitted where the wrong item was delivered.
Returns can be made via courier services or Drop-off at our shop: Tetu Arcade, Tsavo Lane.
Refunds Process
Refunds are only issued for:
- Defective products, or
- Incorrect items delivered
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Non-defective products
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval.
