Returns & Refund Policy

If the product qualifies for return, the customer has the right to request a return within 7 days after delivery, provided the item remains unused, in its original packaging and in resalable condition.

To preserve the right for a return or refund request, customers are advised to keep the product complete with all supplied accessories, packaging, manuals and warranty documentation. Opening the package or checking the product functionality does not automatically void the return request, provided the item remains in good condition.

Returns may be accepted in cases where:

  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery
  • Approved non-defective return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis

The product will not be accepted for return if any of the following are missing:

  • Original box and accessories
  • Warranty card
  • Receipt or proof of payment
  • Product components supplied during purchase

Exchanges are only permitted for incorrectly delivered items. Products may be returned through approved courier services or by dropping them off at our Hisense Shop location.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only for:

  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items delivered

Refunds are not issued for products returned due to change of mind or for non-defective items.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after product inspection and approval.
