Delivery Methods & When to Use Them
Same-Day / Express (Nairobi)
Best for TVs, soundbars, microwaves and small appliances ordered before cut-off time (usually 3pm). Van delivery for big items.
Motorbike (Boda) Delivery
Fast and cost-effective for small items and accessories (soundbars, small microwaves, remotes).
Van / Pickup Team
Used for fridges, washers, freezers and large TV installations. Includes 2-3 delivery staff for lift/placement.
Bus Courier / Coach
Cost-effective for nationwide deliveries where customers pick up from the coach office or opt for last-mile pickup.

Scheduling & Tracking
- You can request a preferred delivery date and time at checkout.
- All deliveries include SMS/Email tracking updates. For nationwide courier deliveries, we provide the coach or courier waybill number for pickup tracking.
Payment Options
We accept: Lipa Na M-PESA (Paybill), card payments online, and Cash on Delivery (Nairobi only). For bus courier deliveries, customers sometimes pay pickup fees at the bus office — we advise checking at checkout.

You will receive SMS/Email updates and a tracking number for courier shipments. For bus deliveries we share the coach waybill number.
Inspect items on arrival. Report damage immediately to our support team. We handle returns, replacements, or claims with the courier.
